HOW IT WORKS
We try to keep things as simple as possible. After you fill in our driver profile form we start to look for interested candidates. After we pre-screen and pre-qualify a candidate, we will forward you the driver information so you can initiate your hiring process.
Passing a background check, drug test and after onboarding has been completed we consider our job to be done. Well, almost. Retention is important to us and we try to provide continuous support with the driver you hired.

We Deliver Truckload Of Value
Per hire payments are made in installments. The first payment is made on the day the driver starts working for you and the second payment is made 7 days after that.
We provide replacement hire if for any reason things don’t work out in the first 30 days.

You only pay for the drivers you hire. Payments are made in 2 installments and we offer 30 day guarantee to replace your hire if for any reason things didn’t work out.
Depending on your job position, we can help you hire as much 10 drivers per month. This will require your recruiting or safety to be very responsive to new leads.
As stated, driver in question will be replaced free of charge so you don’t have to worry.
